Our body truly is our temple the space where we live, breathe, and connect with the world. When I care for it, nourish it with mindful movement and food, and treat it with respect, I feel I’m honoring something sacred. Keeping my body pure and strong is not about perfection, but about gratitude: this is my holy space, and I want to feed it with love.
